Youth Strength & Conditioning Camp
join our strength and conditioning camp this summer! This fast-paced, one hour workout will improve your strength, speed, and agility to better prepare you for any fall sport. We will concentrate on agility drills, short distance running, and plyometric strength training.
July 18 – 28th , Monday –Thursday

August 1 – 11th, Monday –
*For Rising 4th to 9th Grade Boys & Girls (any school)
*Location: Myrtle Grove Middle School football
field, 901 Piner Road, Wilmington.
